144w of lighting in BC29. What corals can I keep?

I have 144w of lighting in my BC29. What types of corals can I keep? Or more importantly, what type of corals can't I keep?

A few questions:

1. What kind of lighting? Metal Halide, PC, T5, VHO, combo of the previous?

2. How tall are BC29's?

If you share these facts about your setup someone can help you far better!

I keep all softies and LPS without a problem. Zoos do well up high for best color. I use a lot of actinic to make the color similar to 20K. No SPS or clams for me though. HTH
