I think the attitude stems from .. normally the issue is you have something and you dont know the name of it! You want to ID it and you can only decribe or try to post pics to find out what it is

In this case he has the name.. it isn't very hard to find out what to do about it from there I put a google link that's half the work now you just have to click and read
