lighting

This is for the FOWLR crew, how much and what type of lighting are you using on your tanks, I have a 125gl and need to update to more than NO flourescent, pics would be nice if available

my 125 has 3 triggers(clown picasso and bursa) and a lipstick tang it is lit with a 150w mh and 2 39wT5 probably a bit over the top but it looks nice and the mh makes the water shimmer!
