Coast to coast overflow...Need help with dimensions.

I have a new 60g and I would like to use a coast to coast overflow.
(Calfo) I will be using a Quiet One 4000 for the return.
I like the idea of being able to set the water level. This is something
that I can't do in my current setup.

I am waiting to buy the drills and bulkheads until I get the answers.
Thanks in advance.

Now my questions.

1. What dimensions do I use for the overflow? Height/depth?
2. What size bulkheads?
3. How many?

Any pictures would help a lot, as I am a very visual learner.

This is a Visio tank. I was told that Visio does not use tempered
glass. Please correct me if this is not true.

I read that thread several times.

I already have them in...

Got glass...

Glued together...

Installed in tank...

Thanks for the suggestion.

I didn't want to go under the center brace (cleaning issues), But I am getting almost the same surface skimming abilities (-8").
Hopefully I got them level.

I used Dow 999a black silicone adhesive to attach them to the back.
Now I just have to wait for it to cure. (14 days)

Thanks again.

So what did you use for bulkheads?
