Wheh! just finished dipping, glueing, rubberbanding, and placing everything!

It was a great swap, and it was nice to reconnect with everyone I hadn't seen for a while and meet some new people. I came home with more than I was expecting, and there were some nice goodies for sure!

Green chalice
Blue-eyed Leptastrea
Pocillipora Damicornis (tan with green polyps)
Monti Dig (purple with brown polyps)
Monti Dig (brown with green polyps)
Zoanthids (no sexy name, I'll have to make one up, how 'bout Golden Showers?)
a purple pink and green funghia (way cool find!)
a green frilly shroom

and thanks to Eileen (raddogz) for the shrooms, they are super metallic and bright! I love them!

and a side trade with Norman for some of the coveted neon green toadstool and some cloves. Thanks Norman!

and a $25 GC to Alameda Aquatics.

Everything is looking awesome so far, especially the SPS, which have crazy polyp extension. I've never really kept much SPS, but when they look like that it's easy to see why people get addicted. I'm not sure if the brown tones will color up to something brighter, but they look nice either way.

I'm a happy camper, and I just had a shower to wash off all the slime.

Thanks a million to everyone who worked so hard to organize the event. I thought it went really smoothly and everyone had the chance to get awesome things.

So nashorn, what did you get?

Orange Cap. Much bigger than I thought. Brightest thing in my tank.
Green Chalice (Raffle)
Green Montipora digitata
Blue Eye Lep. I think every one got a piece
Pavona (yellowish with green highlights)
Candy Cane.
$20 From Aquarium concepts went towards a really nice and BIG blue tipped acro that I had to fight for with a little old couple who were buying about 100 corals... I must have stood there for an hour waiting for them to pick their corals... They nearly took mine but I put them off it.

I think I met everyone who I've ever bought or swapped corals with on RC.

Much fun and thanks to the organizers for doing such a great job.

Can I have the recipe for those beans please?

It was a good time there, which was my first time attending a swap, good to see faces to the names. Too bad I did not come a lot earlier ( got in seconds prior to the actual start of swap ), did not get to mingle with folks prior, which I really wanted to do. Hopefully people will be happy with the frags they got from me.
It was great to see people that I knew already but have not seen in a while.

I got these from the swap:

micros
Milli's
Zoo's
Kenya tree
GSP's

I am happy with what I got.

I brought to the frag swap
( Large green Palys, pinkies and Orange skirt zoos, green w/ purple rim cap, candy canes, Green Digis, purple digis )

I got your green paly delsol650, tan paly from Dswong, green Rhodactis mushroom (I thought it's purple when I picked it up ) and some extremely tiny zoa that hasn't open yet.

Oh and a green Chalice with pink eyes (according to Mr. Ugly)

Wooowoo Darcy looks like you may have gotten some of my stuff! Although I did bring 55 frags, so the odds are in my favor that some of you got my stuff

Red & Green Chalice
Blue eyed lep (seems like everyone snatched one of these )
Another leptastrea (might be blue eyes as well)
and a smooshing of digitata that had purple & green ones just for a little color.

Also traded for a Candlelight Acro, and a Tub's Horrida, (although doesn't look as purple as the picture's I've seen, but it is just a sliver of a frag)

I'm not sure who all the stuff is from, because some people didn't "sign" it.

But the pocillipora was courtesy of Stubbz, the palythoas from Fingerwrinkles (although I'm still not sure what color they are, they were just opening when my lights went off, so the Golden Showers moniker probably isn't accurate), The Blue Lep from BAR (probably from you Mike, hey, I didn't even get to say "hi" to you today!), and I think the frilly shroom was from Miracles38, or was that the Funghia (which is all puffed up now)? Maybe the chalice and digitata were from you too Mike? Anyway, thanks so much everyone. I'm thrilled with my selections.

Great swap! First one I've been to around here.

I got AoG palys, Kinetic's green zoos, some unknown brown/green zoas, Blue Halos from cwolfus, Elite zoos (whammin' watermelons) from Zepp, and a severe case of claustrophobia.

If the tag looked like something that was whipped up in MS Excel and printed out, and then (here's the kicker) attached via a hot glue gun, then probably mine

Yeah I didn't sign anything, didn't want people yelling at me if they got parasites or something!

I got

purple chalice
cyprastrea (spelling? can't read it....)
Pentagu..(marker smudged)
Armor of God

So the chalice and others in question I won during the raffle, can some one que me into their proper spelling or latin name so I can research them? Will they keep under 72wts PC in a 24gal Nano Cube? I have them as close to the top for time being...really starting to think about 150wt Sunpod right now....

Thanks,

Josh
