Lighting for 5G nano

How much light should I put above a 5G nano tank. I'm looking at Halide pendants. I want to be able to grow anything I want in it. I've looked around the forums for a little while, and I've heard of anything from 70W Halides to 250W halides. What wattage and color would you buy? HQI or Mogul base? Any opinions on good manufacturers? I'm thinking 14k at least, since I won't have room to supplement with actinics. Thanks.
