Pictures of the tank after the move.
Its ALSO the tanks 2 yr aniversary sans 8 days
far right side. clowns are a little mad, I totally ruined a batch of eggs while moving heres my gbta. theres 2, they just split a week ago or so. 1 is wrapped completely under a rock having issues. the other one has been on that same rock for 3 moves strait lol middle tank far left far right gobies, havent seen either pistol shrimp yet sump/fuge.. cramped zone everyones doing nicely. I realised I lost a cleaner shrimp somewhere, I never even caught him, he must have got stuck in a rock. not sure. small loss for so much stuff though.\ the radiant purple looks fantastic shining out the front windows lol I love having the tank in the kitchen, no carpet to worry about. time to finally relax!!

I like the picture of the Gobies.
Also your clowns are very dark. Do most GSMs darken up that much with age? |

the female is practically black, the males red, just not in that picture. the female usually always the darker one.
I also think theres different kinds. like mine have that perfect lump in the middle stripe (i bought them at way different times) but some yellows have thinner lines sometimes messy lines that seem brighter (to me anyway) My female is a beast. i dont have a ruler on hand but when shes pregnant her width alone is an inch or more. walmart.. the bta popped up out of the rock. hopefully it stays put. its on a little rock too heres steve with a flash

Nice work, I am terrified of my upcoming move. I may have to get some advice from you I guess. By the way, it looks like your blue sponge is doing well.

coral reefer.. I have some very good advice about moving tanks. Its important to remember the small things.. I made a list of how to move in this forum a few months ago. It was in a thread that rob hollbrook started, maybe he saved it.. (its long)
Either way, if i cant find it Ill re type it and save it this time (first two steps are get new sand, rinse it like crazy and throw it in a tupperware. get the keys to the new house and start making water. dont move your tank till you have the same amount of salt water, heated, as the size of your tank (I made 100 gallons of new water, saved 30 gal of the old water and somehow ended up using all of it but ten gallons and I only have a water volume of about 80 gallons after all the rocks n stuff are in there..) porky... thanks! I was having major phos and nitrate issues (and in such a short time) plus the slight posioning... Im sure the move actually helped everything lol my well water HAD to be messed up somehow. even my r/o d/i works a million times better. bcool.... well once THIS YEAR but yes, i moved it 4 1/2 months ago to newark, then back to c bus. My friends said never agian am i aloud to move

Howdy,
I'm glad you got it all moved and put together with minimal losses. Lookin' good. What all do you have stuffed in that sump? I like the two little gobies too. I've always heard to not have more than one because they can be territorial. How do your two do together? Did you get them at the ame time? So then, what part of town are you in these days? Here is that thread on moving: http://archive.reefcentral.com/forum...readid=1224008 Jason |

Lakee.. I did get the gobies as a 'pair' with a rather large pistol shrimp from the divers den. one is definately the dominate larger fish. A few times i saw them both puff out theyre jaws and stuff but they are together alot.
funny thing though, the pistol shrimp will only take care of 1 gobie. (the female b4) now the male keeps swimming all around, im wondering if hes trying to be the first one to find the pistol lol the sump is over crowded. id take the leap to a basement sump but i rent for 1 thing... thanks for the thread
