Post pics of your tank...

Yes I know this subject has been done a ton of times but it's been a while since it has been done. Since tanks and livestock change in some of these tank every often I thought it would be nice to see some pics of each others tanks.

I will post new pics of mine tonight since I am at work...(technically I should be working...but what the hell!)

Nice tank ... is that pic from the right side if you are facing the tank?
What type of light do you have on it? A corner tank was to be next large tank. I think they fit well when you do not have much space available for a tank.
Rocks have a good color to them too...you're off to a good start.

I love your clowns Ding!

Good job everyone the tanks are beautiful!

Here is a pic of my old 24g (which I gave away because I started a 75, which the 75 I had to break down because I am moving) and finally ... I just started up a 12g in the meantime until I move and build another one! lol

Here's mine before I do a major landscape job! The T-5's just came on an hour ago and the MH aren't on yet.

This pair are tending to a clutch of eggs ready to hatch any time now.

My 120 on 4-27-07:

,

from the last time I was home, 9-5-07:

My 24g Nanocube on 8-24-06, before the xenia exploded and then died off, turning the tank into a fuzzball of algae. It has recently cleaned up a bit, but I still don't have any pictures:

Then finally my recent 2.5g pico that I set up in my dorm room:

Thanks for looking

Eric great job that reactor seems to be working fine.
BTW the confusa frag is a goner as it fell into the rockwork.

Manny, yea the reactor has obviously made a huge difference That pic is actually only a monthish after the reactor was setup. Between the first and second pic I used 2-part which helped a lot as far as growth, but yea, the reactor still made a HUGE difference.

About the confusa frag, I guess we'll just have to get you a new one then, won't we

Reddawg,
Yes, that picture is from the right side of the tank. I did not take any from the front that day. from the front/down angle it does not nearly as crowded. For lights I have a single 250w Ph 14k, in a lumenarc mini powered by and IC250. For T5's I have 2x24 that use the reefgeek SLR retro kits with Super Actnic bulbs. The 1x39 was originall 2x39 but I could not fit one. It is also using the Reefgeek SLR retro kit with a Blue Plus bulb.

Erik,
I really like your new tank, I would love to have a small tank like that here at the office but they wont let me.

ReefWreak,

I don't think this tank is safe for saltwater use, i have the same tank with 1 beta(freshwater) it gets more condensation than i am happy with, yours is loaded with saltwater condensation. i keep the feeding lid open and it has helped a lot.

It probably isn't, and it'll probably rust. It wouldn't surprise me at all. It gets tons of condensation. What's wrong with saltwater condensation other than it rusting faster than FW? I leave the lid closed because I would rather the condensation stay inside.

Thanks for the heads up though. let me know if there is/will be something fundamentally wrong with it.

im fairly new at this. everything is trial and error for me so far, so i have a alot of stuff that are just tiny little things. im more interested in watching something grow at the moment.

this is an old picture, about a month ago. it has changed a little bit. ive added some RPE, some ice blue zoos, a colony of ricordias and 2 superman montis.
