Oyster eggs
Anyone familar with the DT's oyster eggs? It says to add 1 ml. per 50 gals. But the container has to stay in the freezer, so the eggs are frozen. Do I add 1 ml. to some tank water, and then add to the tank?
Thanks, Fuzz

Yes, they thaw almost instantly.

I usually target feed them instead of just adding to the water. They do thaw fast. I just use a butter knife to get out what Ineed.

the frozen eggs are pretty soft - you can get it done with a spoon. My corals seem to like them.

1 ml is equal to a cubic centimeter. You can use a butter knife to cut off a piece. I put it in a small cup of tank water and spray it on my corals with my main pump off for about 10 minutes so that they stay in the tank and aren't wasted in the sump and skimmer. Don't forget to turn your pump back on. Or better yet get a timer that turns it back on if you forget (have looked for one but haven't found one yet)
