They will be alive as long as they are in salt water with some type of flow.

More specific answers would depend upon specifically which life on the rocks you are interested in knowing about. In general, the conditions in your tank will determine which forms of life live and which ones die on the rock. But there's always some form of life that will be willing to move in and take over (assuming conditions aren't TOO bad!). Like algae for example. :-)

No, algae at all. These rocks are fully cured. I have seen worms, and a few other things that I can't desribe. Even things like feather dusters. I also think there are little anemones attached to the rocks. I say anemones cause they have alot of tenticles stretching out during the night and sometimes during the day. The rocks are under T5's for about four hours and three hours of actinic. What do the anemones and the feather dusters need to survive?

If you are not feeding the tank at all, you could add some phytoplankton or even some zooplanktin to increase your pod, worm, etc. populations.

Will the tank be over-populated with pods and worms if I feed it phytoplankton or zooplanktin?
