What is this all about? Why would RC want to keep someone that does not want to be here?

It's simple, "moved on" is reserved for folks who violate our rules. If someone doesn't want to come back, we're not keeping them. They can just go away.

hmmmm, back in the day, we'd get yelled at for putting 'moved on' under our name.
