Do Caulastrea share nutrition throughout the colony?

This coral eats more mysis than my fish do. When i feed an individual head, does it share the nutrition throughout the colony?

I've read that if the tissue is connected that a very small portion of the food's nutritional value is shared throughout however, for the most part, the flesh is not connected and as such they should be treated as seperate animals.
