try moving him up closer to the light , and do you dose phyto??

mine are under 175 10k mh and yea I dose DTs everyday.

this would be considered the minimum lighting required for keeping crocea's. at 18" deep the light loving crocea probably isn't getting enough light. i would try moving him up a little onto the rocks.

Thanks but I got rid of most of them. At the moment I have two croceas and one derasa. There were just to many of the same species for my taste. Plus I was maxed out on room and I wanted to get a maxima and a giga or squamosa. I have decided on a squamosa over a giga as I like the colors better.

I would never get rid of those clams. I would probably end up setting up a different tank for them. lol

I actually had a 10g plumed into my display for them while I decided which ones to keep. I took them to a frag swap and they went in less than 30 minutes. They barely had time to open up partially while I set up the display.
