request for photos of mandarins

I'm working on a web project that is an educational site about mandarin fish. I need pictures and I don't have the skills to take photos of my mandarin (he's just to hidey!) If anyone would be kind enough to let me use their mandarin images for this, please post them here! I'll confirm permission too just in case anyone misses that's what this thread is for.

So lets see those mandarin photos!

Great shots did you do the blurs in PS or was that a setting on the camera?

Looks great!

I would allow use of my images if this IS for educational purposes, the image is un-cropped and a photo credit is given.

Wow, great photos everyone! I'll message you guys individually when I'm ready to use them.

FWIW, I'm not trying to be coy about what they're going to be used for. I'm working on a web page for a friend and haven't had a chance to discuss if its okay to talk about it before its actually live.

Also, I'm very envious of you guys, you have some great looking mandarins. ANd great camera skills!

That's funny you should say yours is too "hidey". Mine not only is out all day, but yesterday he was swimming, like a regular fish, back and forth across the middle and top of the tank, for over an hour.

Mine actively hides from me. If I'm across the room I can see him, but when I get near the tank he disappears into the rocks.

woaw, ssbrref, these images are amazing! I love the black background contrasting with the vibrat colors! fantastic! and the details... can't tell how impressive the focus is!

I submit my own, although they are much more "in the blur"...
