x-box or PS3?

Here's the deal. I want a new game system: either the x-box 360 or a PS3. If I get the PS3 than I won't be able to get a Zune ( media player ) If I get the x-box than I can also get a Zune. Hard choice. The wal-mart in town has some PS3 in stock and 360s soo it's a hard a choice.

I heard some peeps were trading the PS3 for Wii due to lack of games.

I have all 3... If I had to make a choice between them I'd go with the Wii it's so much fun. My 360 is a close second tho... I wish I'd have waited maybe 6 more mos or so for the ps3 not many games and it cost too much to just sit here collecting dust like it has....

It'll really depend on what you're looking for. If you want the most expensive system with few good games available but it does have a Blue-Ray DVD player (if that matters to you), go for the PS3. If price matters, you're looking for just a lot of fun but graphics aren't entirely important to you get the Wii. If the price of the 360 is fine for you, you're looking for a lot of fun and great graphics matter, then get the 360. This would be an easier question to answer if you told us what you're looking for in a gaming system.

360!. Much larger game selection and xbox live. Or a Wii both are great and alot of fun. I would wait for a year for the PS3.

I have heard nothing good about the Zune.

By the way, your Wal-Mart has the PS3? You need to pick one up for me.

Once ps3 starts releasing more games it will by far surpass the 360.

sorry, but IGN already did a screen for screen comparison on all the dual ported games, and Sony fell short.

its still a good system, but it isnt the be all end all in comparison to the 360.

I do believe this is gonna be the year that Sony gets their come-uppance...they've had a lock on the market for too long and they let it go to their heads. Their lack of support for online gaming with the PS2 really turned me off from them. The few games that are out for PS3 do look good...but not any better than anything on 360.

360, 360, 360

If you like Gaming go with a 360.

If you got to have the Blue Ray. Buy a Blue Ray DVD player.

I am not sure about the details but my husband told me yesterday that Microsoft is going to come out with a reworked "version 2" of the 360 soon--it will have HDMI , new components better cooling, IPTv, etc. Also you can buy the HD-DVD player for the 360, list price is $180 but supposedly it has been for sale for as little as ~$90.

The HD-DVD player retails for less than half the price as a Blu-Ray player; unless that changes, I believe Blu-Ray will go the way of Beta-Max!

Personally I think the 360 is better but would advise that you buy the new version. My brother in law is ****ed he got the 360 the day it came out and it died twice due to overheating. Luckily he bought it at Costco (I would definetly recommend that no mattter what you decide!) so he took it back both times and gave him a new one, even though it was actually off warranty. Costco stands by what the sell no matter what.
