Who's to say that the angle the shot was taken from isn't the center section of a 300g tank? I mean, the fish all look pretty healthy and active to me......

Agreed that tank is way to small. That is definetly cruel. Those fish look healthy, that makes me think that this tank is not the permanent home. (put in the tank to film the clip)

Well if the tank is 30g, then yes, I'd say that is pretty crappy, but thinking about it, the guy probably did it for a screen-saver or something.
