Is it possible to get a refund.

I upgraded my membership last year as I was using the search a lot at the time. Either I didn't remember that the subscription automatically renewed or never saw it when I signed up. I got billed last week to my suprise. I emailed the webmaster but still haven't heard back from them. After waiting a few days I contacted paypal to see if they could reverse the charge as I didn't feel like I authorized the charge. They rejected my claim because I initially agreed to the subscription. Anyway I no longer need the use of the search engine like I did a year ago and don't need the premium membership anymore. Is it possible to get a refund for this recent payment, I'd agree to pro rate it to pay for the last few days.

I felt like I've beat the dead horse to a bloody pulp but still no refund, is there anything I can do to expedite the refund?
