T5 suggestion/advice

Upgrading almost everything I have, I'm going from PC's to T5s. I'm going with the
Sunlight Supply Tek Light. http://www.reefgeek.com/products/cat...ng/104194.html

I'm liking the 8-54W but thinking of the 6-54's too, really money is of no importance. Anyone run these lights with good out comes?

Also not sure what I want to keep, I'm thinking this time I'm going to go into some hard corals too, these lights would be fine for that, correct?

Thanks in advice guys

Eh...I really have no desire to over drive the bulbs like that....if its a matter of not keeping some of the stonies then so be it.

is this going on the 75g??

if so, get the 6x54, the 8x54 may be too wide, and even if not, then its still overkill. 6x54 is more than enough on a 90g, and thats a lot taller tank.

the 8 will be too big for a 75G, it will hang over the ages.

I have the 4x54W on my 75G, and have been getting decent growth on my SPS corals (all placed near the top). However, I'm in the process of getting ice cap reflectors/ballast and going to overdrive them.
