Caribbean Live Rock?

Well I'm setting up my 3rd Reef Tank. Yes, 3rd! After learned what not to do and what to do, I think I got the hang of it and I'm aiming for no mistakes. I've been interested in different live rock that the reg. Fiji that everyone gets.

Does anyone here use it? More important have pictures of it in their tank? I know its from lettuce coral...so are the rocks more flat or round such as fiji. Or round with the old lettuce coral shape on the rock? So I don't know if I can get away with a 60 lb box or maybe a 60 and then a 20 or 40lb box if its more flat in shape. Any help would be great.

Also, Florida rock tends to have a lot of colorful sponges on it and you want to rip those off before you even start the curing process. Lastly, Florida rocks tends to have more bad hitchhikers in the way or crabs and shrimp compared to Indo rock.
