Air pump for Sedra 3500?

Have any of you used a pump to import more air through a Sedra 3500 for a skimmer, if so what pump and with what success? I'm going to be using this with a 9"X24" skimmer body recirculating design, I know it's probably too small but I'll give it a try.(can always upgrade). Thanks.

Go with a Sedra 9000 or atleast a 5000. With a 9" diameter, you'll need more power. HTH

if you force air through the venturi you will get large bubbles, this is worse then less air with fine bubbles.

now if your 3500 was very deep and you needed help overcoming pressure thats another story.

your best bet is to add another 3500 and run the 2 togther
