Leaving the hobby - $400 for everything

Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances (injury, loss of income), I'm leaving the hobby temporarily and need to find new homes for everything. I'd prefer everything go at once, possibly to someone new(ish) to the hobby. That said, don't hesitate to get in line for items you are interested in - I can't be certain someone will jump on the package.

Here's what's up for grabs:

Display Tank:

(1) Dutch Aquarium Systems 50 gallon tank, stand, hood, and glass top (3 months old)
(1) Orbit 30" CF Fixture (less than 5 months old)
(1) Small CPR AquaFuge
(1) AquaC Remora
(1) 150 watt Stealth thermometer

Livestock:
(1) Condy
(1) Hosted Tomato

(2) Yellow tailed damsels
(1) Domino damsel
(1) Engineer Goby
(1) Small colony of xenia
(1) Small, healthy colony of some sort of zoanthids
(4-6) Mexican Turbos
(10-20) Nassarius snails
(1+) Stomatella
(?) Cerith snails
(1) Small Horeshoe crab
(?) Scarlet hermit crabs
(?) Blue legged hermit crabs
(50 - 100 lbs) of LR (2 large, 20lb rocks, various smaller rocks, including tufa)
(1) Shallow sand bed
(?) Caulerpa growing in the fuge
(1) Tube worm
(1) Electric flame scallop

Odds and Ends
(1) Dual Fluorescent Fixture (Bulbs are less than 5 months old)
(1) AquaPod (nano tank)
(1) TDS Meter
(1) 5g Instant Ocean Salt (half full)
(1) B-Ionic (both parts, large bottles, recently mixed)
(1) T5 Actinic (nothing fancy)
(2) Inexpensive timers
(2) 3 outlet adapters (for use with timers)
(1) Inexpensive digital thermometer
(1) Seachem Calcium test kit
(1) Seachem Alk & pH test kit
(?) Nitrate, Nitrite, Ammonia and pH test (inexpensive master kit)
(1) Joe's Juice
(3) Bags of play sand
(1) Bag of pink sand
(4) 5 gallon buckets with lids
(1) Duetto
(2) 25 watt thermometers
(1) 100 watt thermometer
(1) air pump, with tubing, 4 way splitter
(1) small bottle of DTs
(1) Frozen brine
(1) Frozen blood worms

I'm surely forgetting things, so I'll update this as I have the time, but I'd like $400 for the lot.

The tank is in reasonable shape, but I've been a less than perfect care taker given my circumstances. The tank has good coraline algae growth (more than is pictured), but I've also been battling aiptasia and cyano. The pest algae and anemone are in check, but I'm limited in my ability to care for the tank.

If I have to part, the zoos go with the tufa rock it's on. The condy and clown are a pair, and go with the tufa the condy is on. The xena also appears to have attached itself to some tufa. All rock should be QT'd to manage the aiptasia.

Fair warning: this tank does not support livestock the condy might mistake for food or an enemy, including most shrimp, small crabs, or slow fish. The condy has even gone after some corals that didn't survive (mushrooms and the like). I wouldn't say the condy is any more aggressive than usual, but it's a healthy condy in a small space with all that LR.

I'll update the thread in 48 hours if no one is interested in the whole lot and give actual prices and availability. I'll update the thread with pictures on request.

All that said, if you should decide that you want the whole package you'll need: a truck, van or station wagon; several hours on a Sunday (preferably, but negotiable); and some extra buckets. You should probably also have ample RO/DI water (25g) for a 50% water change before you begin the move.

I can help break down the tank, but I'm limited in my ability to carry a lot of heavy things.

This is the last thing I want to be doing - I love my tank, but I simply can't care for it the way it deserves.

Add to the list of odds and ends:

(2) MJ1200
(2) AquaClear 20 pumps
(1) Hagen rotating pump head
(2) Magfloats
(2-4) airstones
(1) inline stop valve (to prevent the water from flowing back into the air pump)

The whole lot is scheduled to be picked up on Saturday. If there are any unforseen changes, I'll bump this thread. Thanks for your interest and kind words.

The bare space where my tank used to be confirms it: I'm out of the hobby. Thanks RC. Thanks to everyone in this forum for all your help.
