He sold a friend of mine a CO2 tank and has not delivered. Is he a thief or in some sort of emergency?

I've had dealings in the past with him, He's always seemed like a honest guy. Something probably is up. hes on ohioreefers.com alot to try him on there

tank was shipped usps regular mail, just pm'd your friend and told him if he does not recieve it in a day or so I will get another from work and resend
