Is this crab SPS/reef safe?
Found him in some live rock today. My gues is, he's been there for a few months. I have no idea what kind of crab this is.

That is one colorful crab!!
But the claws look like they are for grabbing food not scraping algea.

i foget the name of it, but i remebr the verdict being that it wasnt reef safe.

That's the gaudy clown crab Platypodiella spectabilis. It's a xanthid and Dr. Ron warned against it in a previous post. Very nice pics!
