What do you mean you might just buy it yourself? Isn't it supposed to be yours?

Well don't get too excited ...I had to go to the basement because my 180 cracked!I am planning my built in show tank and that will be worth the trip..........Too all who have not bought frags from Jeff ,Let me tell you he has some outstanding corals and is one of the friendliest reefers I've met.You won't be dissapointed.

I have to second what Jeromy said about Jeff. Jeff was the one who got us started on SPS in general. One look at his tank one day whiloe visiting and we were hooked . He was, and still is, as generous with his frags as he is with his information, both of which were in short supply in my world when he and I first met

Jeff, left you a PM

I am defintiely going to have to schedule another visit .. and from the list of frags I see you selling, the visist will be sooner than later

His zip is approx 94520 (close enough.. I don't know his exact zip, but that one is in the same city and not too far from his house). You should be able to go to Fedex.com and find out he shipping rates :

http://www.fedex.com/ratefinder/home...ack+Rates+Corp

I put in his zip from and your zip to, shipping to a residential address using FedEx Express.

I then chose : 1 lb, "your packaging" and 10X10X10 inches for dimensions. I know Jeff uses the standard 10X styro lined boxes to ship (I asked him specifically last night). I calculated 1/2 lb for the box. 1/4 lb for the frag and 1/4 lb for the ice or heat packs. Those weights are highly guesstimated. I tried it all the way up to 5 lbs and got the same cost/prices back. I am not sure how high the weight would be to incurr additional shipping charges from FedEx.

Here is what I got back :

Enter shipping information Enter package information Get rate quote

All packages are being shipped from 94520, U.S.A. to 10308 , U.S.A. (Zone 8) on October 10, 2005.

Service
Delivery commitment
Rate (US$)

FedEx First Overnight®
8:00am or 8:30am the next business day to major cities
86.60

FedEx Priority Overnight®
10:30am the next business day to most cities
57.73

FedEx Standard Overnight®
3:00pm the next business day to most cities
50.51

I don't know however what Jeff would charge for for "handling" IE: boxes, bagging, and ice/heat packs, although this time of year I don't think ice/heat would be needed for overnight.
