Neomeris annulata. It's a calcifying green algae. It's nothing to worry about since it doesn't normally grow to problem levels.

Wished I could grow them in my tank. I've seen them and they are beautiful.

beautiful i guess if you only and a couple, but when its a whole lot it doesn't look as attractive.
