BLV 14000K bulbs

Not too sure if this is old news or not, but BLV is coming out with the new 14000k bulbs, and if the stats are to be believed, the PAR output is actually higher than the 10000K bulbs.

Interesting information... Do you have any more info like numbers, etc....

Also what 10K bulbs are they comparing these to? DE or SE? Ballasts etc....

Sorry I know this table's VERY small. It was the best I could do to fit RC's 50kb file size.

Anyways, there's an error on the table. For the 250watts DE 10k it's 10500lm, and for the 250watts DE 14k it's 10600lm.

I got it through one of the sponsors on the local (Singapore) reef clubs. If I'm not wrong, I'm guessing he got it through BLV's site?

is there a website that sells these bulbs? I mean if you told me there was a 14k bulb with greater par than a 10k, I would've sworn you were lying, these bulbs are a must have....
