mag drive pump question

are the mag drive pumps ok to use for a closed loop?

All pumps will work for closed loops. Not all are good for pressure applications.

Not all pumps will work on a closed loop. Also there is no head loss on a closed loop. you need an external pump, some Mags will leak but can be fixed. QuietOne pumps work well on closed loops. I have used both QuietOne with no problems, The smaller Mags that leaked i used some eheim grease.
