ORP Controller

Bought an ORP controller on eBay. I assumed that an instruction manual would be available - wrong! I emailed Cole-Parmer (the company that made it) but they can't help as there is no model number to be found. Anyway, I can't use this thing w/o operating instructions. So .... would you all mind taking a look at the image. If you recognize the controller I'd appreciate any help you can give with the model number. Even better would be a way to obtain a user manual. In any case, thanks for looking.
