Can you mix spieces of butterflies?

I have a 75 gal with only a few fish. I was thinking of adding a pearlscale butterfly and maybe another butterfly. Can you have more than one butterfly in a tank this size? Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

For the most part, butterflys are not as terrtorial as,say angels or damsels, but can establish feeding areas that they defend. All are gonig to have different personalitys,so all you can do is follow the normal guidelines of getting different sizes to minimise aggresion.

One problem i have run into is the dominate butterfly will get most of the food, and you have problems getting enough to the other .Keeping in mind that butterflys are high energy fish, and really need to get at least three small feedings a day, more often would be better, this may become your biggest chore.Goodluck!

I have many BFs in my 180 along with anthias and a flame angel.
They are wonderfully peacefull compared to my tank that contains tangs, wrasse, puffer, trigger, etc...

A few feedings a day is fine, the halloween crabs finish off the uneaten stuff at night.

I have a semilarvatus, raccoon and a heniochus in the same tank without any apparent aggression issues.
