I have just recently added my first hard coral. There seems to be a hitchiker that came with it. All I can say is (he 's small) it has
crab like arms. It has made a home in the center of the coral.
I attempted to remove him with no luck. Any help would be great.

hmmm could be just a hosting species of shrimp/crab.

If it is an acro crab, they are good guys. They look like this (left center in pic):



They stay in their coral just catching food and protecting it.
