safe?

Is it safe to have a RTBA with a cleaner shrimp, blenny, and a buch of snails and crabs, including a fighting conch?

Well I had brought this up in another post, and I don't think I'll be able to get one because of the lighting situation. I have 1 full spectrum half acinic 65 watt power compact.
