Whats wrong?

I got a green chromis about a week ago...I noticed today without the lights on I could see little transparent dots on him...he swims fine, no problems with eating or anything in that nature...could these spots be apart of him or is it a disease and what should i do?

i notice the same thing with the lights on there are a bunch of small transparent spots...he is hiding so its hard to see what it is...is this ich? when the light hits the fish right it looks like there arent any spots...sorry for the confusing description but i just noticed.
