powerhead?

i have a 30 gallon tank and my filter is moving 300gph, what size powerhead should i go with? thanks.

nothing as of yet, who knows in the future. planning on clowns, some mushrooms.

I have a 30Gallon high and have 2 Maxijet 900's in it as well as the water comming out of the HOB skimmer return. The Eheim canister filter I have only runs for 2 hours a day and that just carbon and some ceramic media.

I have lots of current in my tank I think. At least the top of the water has lots of ripples.

Why powerheads?There's better than powerhead like SCWD Switching Current Wave Director("squid")efficient,no electric needed,hope this one would help.
