Grrrrr
Just had to vent -
I cracked a tank last night - Bulkhead too tight. Freshly painted, no water in it yet. Guess it could have been worse. Ryan |

No Chris, this was a "big" tank. 12.5g over a 5g sump.
It's a nice tank, rimless and rounded front corners. I'm supposed to consolidate 2 of my 5.5g mantis tanks (only one mantis). I just called Willow Ridge Glass to see what a drilled replacement will cost - $45 for a 3/16" pane and drilled for 1" bulkhead or $30 undrilled. I may just get another 10g temporarily |

Ouch, that's a bummer.
Did you turn your 46 into salt water yet? |

Negative on the 46 - Have one last freshie in it to go - Nice angelfish, anyone want him?
If I decide to stay apartment bound another year, (have to decide by March), I may bite the bullet. Knowing that I might possibly move is barring me from really pursuing it now. You need to come by and sometime see the new peacock mantis and his setup. The tank I cracked was for the smaller green mantis (smithii) that currently lives in a 5.5g on the bar. |

I always like seeing all your projects. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have a nice DIY fuge!
