Re: 4th Annual MTRC Frag Swap!

Quote:
When: January 19, 2008. 12:00 - 4:00 PM Central Time.
Just curious how exact the "12:00" noon time is. Last year I got there about 20 minutes after it opened. Nearly all the most desired pieces were already gone.

Will ANYONE besides helpers/sellers/sponsors be allowed to enter before 12:00 noon?

Thanks,
Ryan

Reefdiver -- gotcha down.

Ryan -- Noon is the start time, so no one other than those you mentioned will be allowed in before then.

There'll be hundreds of years of combined experience at the swap, and I'm sure everybody will be more than willing to help you out with your questions! Have fun, MTRC puts on a good swap!

I am going to try and make it down there. I will have nothing to sell just to meet some of you guys/gals and maybe pick up a few things. I know this is not far from Nashville but what are most of you doing after the swap? It would seem like a PITA do drive down there and not sample some of your fine spirits.

If you have already set up a place to dine and drink afterwards are there any decent hotels near? My wife refuses to sleep in the car. LOL

Not sure on any after parties but there's a link to nearby hotels in the post just above yours.

We are also handing out Free appetizer coupons to the Aquarium Restaurant over in Opry Mills Mall (which is pretty easy to get to from the swap). They've got an awesome 200,000 gallon aquarium. You may even be able to arrange a back stage tour and get to see how they keep the thing running.

Not that I'll be surfing the net the whole time (or maybe any of the time ) I'm there, but will there be Wi Fi available? I figured others may want to know, too.
