I can't believe I read the whole thing! Terry, you have been extremely generous with your time and knowledge and I really appreciate it. I have the same size 55 gallon tank that I'm going to use for a sump. I was wrestling with using glass or acrylic and what the sizes of the baffles should be. You provided the answers. In fact, I have 5 pages of notes from this thread. Everything from baffle sizes to what type of silicone to use to how to plumb the whole set up. I am in the planning stages of a 130 gallon in-wall installation and now have a lot more answers then I did this morning.
Again, thank you and keep up the great work! Steve |

I copied the 30 gal sump/fuge and so far everthings going good and Im getting ready to install under tank but had a few questions... Im using this under a 75g aga with a single corner overflow drilled so I dont have 2 overflow is there any tips on how setup with tee for this situation. I would assume if I put a tee most of water would naturally drop straight down tee and not get enough moving to the fuge side on right?
