Track lighting or ceilling rails?

I'm trying to figure out how to get my light fixture off the top of the tank and make it adjustable. I saw a build once where the person put the fixture on a rail or track in the ceiliing so that the fixture could just be slid over when they needed to get into the tank. I can't remember where I saw this or what the product was. I've been looking for something similar online and can't find it. Anyone seen this type of track or rails before?

I haven't seen one like that, but I did see one where a guy attached his light fixture to some sort of hinge in one corner so that he could turn it out of the way when needed.

I think I've found the solution. The extension kit for the light mover looks like it has all the parts I need to put the fixture on a rail.

I wouldn't mind seeing that link though if you can find it easily.

Red Sea Purple Tang:

Do you have a link to a build thread? That looks great.

I have seen people use drawer slides also.

Lots of different ways to to it that are not to expensive.

I seem to remember a large in wall tank build where the canopy would slide out in either direction... I just can't seem to find it!

I'll keep looking!

It would not be to hard to set it up so it could slide in either direction. Just use longer rails that extend to both sides, or set it up with 2 different moving mounts. One for each direction.
