180gal. megaflow
Does anyone know how many gallons per hour the overflow can handle?

I believe it 600gls per overflow.

600 is optimal but it can handle much more. The more water you draw the more noise and turbualnce you create. I have a 180 RR with a Dart as a return. I bleed of some of the return threw the skimmer feed but I would guess I have about 800+ galls being pulled threw the overflows. If I bleed out more and get closer to 600GPH my system becomes near silent.

I think I want to try to get about 3500gph between the 2 of them, Run my CL and to my sump

I once had a mag 24 for my return pump on my 180 RR.
No problems. |

just run 600 gph through each, other than that its just risky, and noisy. dont use your overflows for closed loop, run it over the back of the tank.
