Buy AGA overflow kits or DIY?
Hello all,
Would you buy a AGA overflow kits for 60 bucks or buy two bulkheads and some PVC from homedepot to make your own Durso overflow kits? This is for my 75RR tank Thanks, Bao |

If you got the skills, DIY. The only thing I like about the (overpriced) AGA kits is that they are adjustable in height. What I hate is that the newer kits use barbed fittings under the tank which is not my cup of tea. I much prefer slip and glue.

Like poppin_fresh said the new Megaflow kits come with barbed fittings on the bulkheads. Not good if you use PVC or spa flex.
Its cheaper to buy the bulkheads and either make a durso or stockman pipe style or even buy one... Premium aquatics sells them and a sponsor here if you want to buy them. Pipe
