They may move the sand around a little depending on where they're aimed and how high up they are. Bouncing mine off the front glass has caused a couple small piles in the front of my tank, but nothing major.

I am running the same set-up. 2" sandbed in a 125 gal reef tank with two Tunze 6000. No problems with any sandstorm.

I have four 6000s in my 120 and everything is fine.

I have 2 6201's which have about twice the flow of the 6000's I had to move them a little but I have to issues even with the 5000gph pumps.

I had 2 6000s in my old 75, and now in my new 90 (both 4' tanks). You will be fine.
