Corals b 4 bills. Your kids must be the same age as mine. While I wouldn't say those are my favorite, I do know every one of those shows.

For me,

The Office.

DVR helps out a ton with kids, I have a 17 year old and a 22 month old......I couldn't leave this planet without experiencing that wonderful 2 years with interupted sleep again , I think my shows are, House, Two and a Half Men, Big Bang Theory, American Chopper, My wife and I love "Ninja Warrior", Most SiFi shows. All these shows are on DVR so it wont coincide with RC surfing

Red Dwarf.
Spooks (Mi5 is the slightly edited down American showing on US TV)
Man Vs Wild (just seeing my son laugh his head off every time bear drinks his own pee is worth the price of admission)
House.
I was also really excited to find Burn Notice.... the great thing about that is that has it's run in the Summer.

Note Burn Notice disproves my own theory that I have a bias towards anygtyhing that has an English connection.

EDIT: There are a ton of fantastic English shows that rarely if ever get shown in the states that I'd put here but I what's the point if they don't get shown here.
