small diy skimmer

i was bored i want to see if i could make my own skimmer just because it seems you buy these expensive skimmers and they do half the job or you have to mod them.. this cost me maybe $50.00 most of the stuff i had laying around like the plumbing material. this is just a demo size skimmer to see if it would work. my new one would probably be x3 as big with 4 pumps on it. the darker skim was when it was hooked up to the tank....thats one day of skimming

What did you use to glue it all together? How long did it take to seal up before you were able to use it?
