I think I missed something. What are the slide rails for if the lights are suspended by the pulley system?

Everything is coming along so nicely...very well thought out. BTW I'm using two vortechs with the wwd and am overall satisfied. One pump seemed to have a habit of vibrating, but it's fine now after being really careful about lining it up just so. Using the 250 ATI bubblemaster, and am very happy with it on a 200 heavily stocked fish, mixed coral reef.

I think he said they were to slide the upper cabinetry out of the way during maintenance.


EDIT - Here is a quote from below the picture of the extended rail....

'Rails Extended - The rails are only going to support the face of the canopy. The lighting will be supported by a 4:1 pulley system.'
