Rules on collecting Mangroves??

Could someone fill me in or point me in the right direction please?? I used to live down there and didn't ever collect anything from the water. Not even NSW. Always found cool stuff, but never kept it.

don't get caught. NJK

normally for aquarium use you get some of the seeds that fall onto the ground. If you get a plant with leaves already they normally die any ways. I have grown out the seeds befroe. I just picked them up off the ground before they rooted them self to the mud.

seeds are legit to collect, but anything that has germinated is off limits.
