Increase flow, water change to reduce nutrients, run a skimmer, sixline or coris wrasse.
Flat worm exit does work to some extent however it would take 2 to 3 dosings over the course of a week or two and there is no guarantee. FWE also has a negative impact on sea stars, micro stars, fan worms, and I'm sure some other inverts.

i have 2 modified tunze 6025s, 1 koralia#1 and the return pump. i also just recently added the octo nw150 skimmer to the sump and have some chaeto

does the sixline really take care of the problem?

I haven't heard too many stories of them taking care of the problem completely, but I've heard that they can play a large role in reducing the population and keep it managable. I also think six lines are a pretty cool fish in general. Make sure you have a top though because they can jump.

See my issue was in my quarantine, not my main tank, so I just dipped my corals in FWE and reef dip. Then bleached the tank.
