Laying tank on side
Is there anything that can go wrong with laying my 120 gallon tank on its face to drill the back and also paint? The tank is probably 200 pounds and is 1/2" glass. and shouldnt be for more than a few hours.

Not a problem. I've seen a 180 on its side standing 6 ft. tall while being cleaned with no issues.

Shouldn't be a problem, I had my 75 on it's side while moving, no problems here.

To be on the safe side why don't you use some wood as a support?

i just had my 180 on its side for over a week and had 7 holes drilled in to then it sat on its side for 2 or 3 more days. so id say NP at all as long as its on a solid surface
