Kent Marine Zoe

I was out looking to replace my Garlic Extract from Kent when I came across this... I bought a small 4 oz bottle to experiment with. It says it contains NO glycerine, phosphate, or sugars.

Do you think it will do more HARM then good? I feed frozen Formula 1 & 2 and I just picked up some ocean nutrition very high protein frozen cubes.

Comments/thoughts?

Anyone have any experience using it?

TIA,

Brad

I have some and never used it. I do however use Selcon regularly. I got the Zoe as a gift. I didn't answer your question. I may try it.

You have not had any problems with using the Selcon? I have read on here of many that claim it creates unsightly algae growth, mainly due to phosphates in it.

I'm going to give it a shot I think....

I have algae, but so does the ocean. I like the benefits of the Selcon. I had read that too. It's gonna be hard to stop using it.

I'm with you... On the whole algae thing. I just try and keep it from getting the upper hand..

I will probably go out and get some Selcon aswell.

Thanks for the input! Anyone else care to chime in?

TIA

I too soaked my frozen cubes in Zoe today. My yellow wrasse and cinnamon clown both seemed to like it. They are used to Garlic and the change didnt seem to bother them....

I've used Zoe in the past... it's good stuff. Now I soak food in Zoe and Zoecon (Kent's version of Selcon)

I use both. Zoe or selco is a vitamin. Anything with con on the end provides hufas.

Every once in a while I shoot 1ml of selcon into my 90 with no ill effects. I heard it helps prevent hlle, but don't know for sure.
