Question (Pics) Can anyone tell me what these are????

Hey guys
while our Live Rock has been curing these 2 little things have grown on it... we were just wondering if anyone knew what they were?? thanks guys!!

Yeah thats what we thought their hard to the touch but they havent grown..(that we've noticed in the past 2 weeks)

Man I wish someone would give you an answer, I'm dying to find out what they are. They look pretty to me. They are not growing or spreading so I don't think they are something to worry about!

you said they are hard to touch then it couldnt be a mushroom... im not sure what those could be.

Are you sure they weren't there when you got the rock?

They look like some sort of dead coral, and if they are hard that would make sense...

They're the dead skeletons of juvenile fungiids.
