WTB Filter housings for RO/DI
I bought a real lame RO/DI unit when I started up, and the housing connections are leaking. I need to replace the housings for the sediment and carbon block filters. Anyone have any? I could use the whole set of three with the bracket, in fact, ones that DON'T leak!

will teflon tape fix it?

I tried teflon tape. It fixes it temporarily, but every time I have to open the canisters, something starts leaking. It's just poorly designed. In the meantime, I used some loc-tite on the threads until I get new housings.

Try trashing the whole unit and buying a Dow RO/DI unit. About 250 for a solid piece of equipment. 75 gpd.

If you don't find any good used ones, then I would check out reefgeek.com
