Closed Loop Intake Question

The intake of my reeflo dart is 2" and seems kinda big to have coming from the inside of the tank. Should I run two 1" or 1 1/2" intakes seperated by a "T," or should I have it reduced to a single 1" or 1 1/2" pipe.

The outlet of the pump is 1 1/2" going to an OM 4-way.

Here is a picture of the way I did mine. 2 1.5 inch intakes into a tee that goes to 2 inch PVC

you can narrow the dart to 1.5" inlet but no less so either way you will be fine. but running 2 1.5" into the 2" will be better.
